Lenovo has promoted Yogesh Singhania to the position of Global HR Services Head, effective June. In this role, Yogesh will oversee Lenovo’s Global HR Service Delivery team, spearhead strategic HR initiatives, and ensure smooth HR operations across all regions.

Prior to this role, Yogesh served as the Global People Analytics Head. He has been with Lenovo since 2015, starting as an HR Analytics and Metrics Consultant.
Yogesh has also worked with Infosys and IBM. His expertise includes data storytelling, analytical skills, reporting and analysis, and HR visualization. Additionally, he has experience in SAP ABAP development and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
