International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore Welcomes Girish Kulkarni as CISO

The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIITB) has announced the appointment of Girish Kulkarni as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Kulkarni brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously served as an information technology specialist at NIMHANS and holding positions in various renowned organizations.

In addition to his responsibilities at IIITB, Kulkarni has been given an additional charge as the CISO at the eHealth Research Center (EHRC) of IIITB. This appointment is part of the Tele Manas Project, a national initiative launched by the Government of India to address the mental health crisis exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
