Before joining Blue Star, Udit Pahwa was the Group CIO at Kirloskar Management Services. His extensive career includes significant positions at various prestigious organizations, such as Huhtamaki India, Polycab Wires, Oracle India, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young India Consulting, Global Electronic Commerce, and the Jasubhai Group
Pahwa is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, which complements his expertise in technology and business process solutions. His notable achievements include implementing advanced enterprise applications, developing core transactional platforms, and leading substantial technology investments .

Throughout his career, Pahwa has been recognized for his ability to leverage technology to address business challenges effectively while managing costs and risks. He has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including Business Applications (CRM, ERP, and PLM), Connected Shopfloor, and Business Data Analytics. Additionally, he has been an early adopter of cutting-edge technologies such as Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Hosted Shared Desktop (HSD)
