Recognized as a turnaround expert, Amitavo was instrumental in launching digital revenue streams such as video consultation, telemedicine, and second opinion services, which not only enhanced the hospital’s service offerings but also significantly improved user retention by 25%. His innovative approach to healthcare marketing was also evident during his tenure as Head of Marketing for IHR IVF Group, where he was responsible for business development in India & International, and fostering partnerships that increased patient traffic from various countries.
