Arjoon Bose has been appointed Chief Marketing and Digital Officer for Bel Group, joining the Growth Leadership team led by Béatrice de Noray, Group Chief Growth Officer.
In his new role, Bose will oversee global marketing and digital strategies across Bel’s portfolio, focusing on consumer-centric approaches to drive growth and elevate brand presence. He will also lead e-commerce initiatives as a strategic priority for the Group.
With over twenty years of international experience at L’Oréal and General Mills, Bose brings expertise in global marketing and brand building to Bel. He will directly manage Integrated Marketing, Strategic Insights, E-commerce, Partnerships & Licensing, and Brand Design teams globally.
Bose’s mission is to enhance Bel’s global brand equity, including well-known brands such as Babybel, The Laughing Cow, Kiri, Boursin, GoGo squeeZ, and Nurishh. He will also oversee the Marketing Centre of Excellence, aligning with Bel’s long-term strategy in healthy snacking.
Béatrice de Noray expressed confidence in Bose’s ability to drive consumer engagement and deploy innovative strategies, supporting Bel’s growth ambitions responsibly.
