M&G Wealth Appoints Lisa Worley as Chief Marketing Officer

M&G Wealth has named Lisa Worley as its new chief marketing officer, bringing with her more than twenty years of marketing expertise in the wealth and investment management sectors. In her new role, Worley will oversee marketing, propositions, and insights, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives and improving the experience for both advisers and customers.

Previously, Worley served as chief marketing officer at Asurafin, a financial technology provider. Prior to that, she held the position of group head of marketing at Embark, which is part of the Lloyds Banking Group. At Embark, she managed a portfolio of brands offering platform, investment, and retirement solutions.

Worley will report directly to Caroline Connellan, CEO of M&G Wealth. Connellan expressed her enthusiasm about Worley joining the team, highlighting her extensive experience in expanding market presence, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing adviser and customer experiences. Connellan believes Worley’s skills will be crucial in establishing M&G Wealth as a prominent brand known for exceptional advice and helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Worley herself expressed excitement about her new role, emphasizing her eagerness to collaborate with Connellan and the M&G Wealth team to shape the company’s future growth. She aims to broaden the range of products and services, as well as strengthen relationships with advisers and customers.
