With over two decades of experience in India’s entertainment industry, Sona Mazumdar has been appointed by Ampverse DMI to head its newly launched marketing solutions unit in India. Known for her successful collaborations with over 300 brands such as Porsche, Samsung, Riot Games, KFC, and Coca-Cola across Asia, Ampverse aims to replicate its Southeast Asian success in the Indian market.
Mazumdar, renowned for her transformative marketing initiatives, will drive growth and innovation for Ampverse DMI in India. She previously served as the Chief Partnership Officer at Kidzania, where she played a crucial role in forming long-term strategic partnerships and scaling the business.

An industry veteran in media and entertainment, Mazumdar is known for combining gaming and entertainment to help brands reach millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha. She specializes in developing medium-term brand alliances and partnerships with CMOs and brand leaders across gaming, esports, and digital entertainment sectors.
Mazumdar’s leadership also extends to her role as the National President of the Gaming, Esports, and Digital Entertainment Council at the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). In this position, she advocates for more women professionals in the gaming industry and organizes industry-expanding discussions. Neha Sethi Mehta, leading sales from Gurgaon, brings additional expertise from her previous role at Kidzania.
