Amazon Prime Video India has announced the promotion of Vivek Srivastava to the role of Head of Growth and Business Management. Srivastava, who previously served as the Head of Partnerships for Prime Video Channels in India, shared the news on his LinkedIn profile, expressing his excitement and gratitude for the new challenges ahead.
Srivastava’s journey with Amazon began in February 2022 when he joined as Head of Partnerships. He was later elevated to Head of Prime Video Channels India in January 2023. His extensive experience in the digital and broadcast sectors, spanning over two decades, has positioned him well for this new role.
Before joining Amazon, Srivastava was the President of Strategy and Operations for Digital and Broadcast at Times Network, where he worked for over seven years. His responsibilities included overseeing strategic initiatives and operational management for the network’s digital and broadcast divisions.
Srivastava’s career also includes significant roles at Viacom 18, where he served as Head of Digital and Commercial for COLORS, a popular television channel. Additionally, he held the position of Director at TAM Media Research and began his professional journey as a Research Associate at IMRB International.
