His career also includes significant roles such as Associate Director of Supply Planning at Blinkit, where he led supply chain planning and operational excellence initiatives. At Amazon, Aman excelled as a Regional Facilities Manager, responsible for building system management, maintenance, and operational risk management across multiple locations in India.
Earlier experiences include managerial roles at J M BAXI GROUP overseeing pan-India projects and maintenance, and as a Senior Electrical Consultant at Mott MacDonald, where he contributed to various projects in Mumbai and Goa. Aman started his career handling maintenance responsibilities at Surya Pharmaceutical Limited and Time Technoplast Ltd, gaining hands-on experience in formulation units and moulding processes.
