Anish Kapoor Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Teleperformance Philippines

Teleperformance Philippines is proud to announce the appointment of Anish Kapoor as Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in strategy, business development, and leadership within the ITES/BPO sector, Kapoor brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.

Kapoor’s extensive career spans across various verticals including travel, banking, and financial services. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale operations, driving transformational roadmaps, and maximizing revenue while building efficiencies aligned with long-term organizational strategies.

Before his appointment as COO, Kapoor served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Vertical Head for Travel and Hospitality at Teleperformance India. In this role, he managed over 5,000 employees and played a pivotal role in growing the business at a CAGR of 15% by leveraging AI-led technologies to enhance sales and drive client efficiencies.

Kapoor’s previous roles include Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Serco, General Manager of Operations at Intelenet, and senior leadership positions at IBM Daksh. His diverse experience in managing operations, leading change management initiatives, and his entrepreneurial stint further underscore his capability to excel in his new position.

A graduate of Delhi University with a B.Com (Hons) degree, Kapoor has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence in the ITES/BPO sector. As the COO of Teleperformance Philippines, he will continue to lead with a focus on operational excellence, transformative strategies, and innovation.
