Firstsource Solutions has appointed Sohit Brahmawar as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective June 2024. Brahmawar brings over 25 years of global experience, previously serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Tech Mahindra, where he managed a team of over 50,000. During his tenure, he grew the business to nearly USD 1 billion in revenue and led expansions into Domestic BPO and the hi-tech vertical.
