GMR Group has announced the appointment of Renukaradhya M S as their new Chief Operating Officer. Renukaradhya brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and driving operational excellence. His appointment is set to bolster GMR Group’s operations across its diverse portfolio.
Renukaradhya’s career spans several leading infrastructure and construction firms, where he held significant leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the Group Vice President at Shapoorji Pallonji Group from December 2021 to June 2024. In this role, Renukaradhya oversaw key projects and operations, driving notable improvements in project delivery and operational efficiency. His strategic insights and leadership were instrumental in achieving project milestones and enhancing the group’s operational frameworks.
Prior to his tenure at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Renukaradhya was the Business Unit Head at Tata Projects from March 2016 to December 2021. At Tata Projects, he led multiple business units, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and operational enhancements. His leadership was pivotal in steering the company through various complex projects, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
From March 2012 to March 2016, Renukaradhya served as the General Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd., where he managed large-scale projects and drove project execution excellence. His ability to lead diverse teams and manage multifaceted projects contributed significantly to the company’s success during his tenure.
Earlier in his career, Renukaradhya held the position of General Manager at M/s Punjlloyd Ltd. from February 2010 to March 2012. Here, he led operations and managed complex projects, ensuring successful project completion and operational efficiency. His tenure at DLF LaingORourke from February 2006 to April 2010 as GM Operations further honed his skills in leading operations and managing high-stakes projects.
