Sakthivadivel has been with Saint-Gobain for over 16 years, having previously served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Global Deployment Manager. His career includes significant contributions to the establishment and growth of the INDEC 4.0 Smart Devices Factory, which recently celebrated its first anniversary. His previous roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of operational excellence and digital innovation.
With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Manufacturing Management, Sakthivadivel brings a wealth of technical expertise and strategic insight to the position. As COO, he will be instrumental in driving technological advancements and operational efficiencies at INDEC 4.0.
