Manorama Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Sandeep Agrawal as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Sandeep Agrawal joins Manorama Industries after serving as Factory Manager at Britannia Industries Limited from February 2020 to July 2024. At Britannia, he led the Guwahati plant, focusing on continuous improvement, leadership, and operational excellence.
Before Britannia, Sandeep was the Plant Head at Bunge, overseeing operations at the Kandla plant from June 2018 to February 2020. He implemented lean manufacturing practices that enhanced the plant’s efficiency and performance.
Sandeep’s career also includes a significant tenure at Vedanta Resources Limited, where he served as Head of Business Excellence and Asset Optimization. Over 12 years, he held various roles in maintenance, operations, projects, and asset optimization, demonstrating his expertise in organizational leadership and operational excellence.
In his new role at Manorama Industries, Sandeep Agrawal is expected to leverage his extensive experience to advance the company’s operational strategies and ensure its continued growth on the global stage.
