Sudhir Dasamantharao has recently taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at FourthSquare, marking an exciting new chapter in his illustrious career. With over two decades of experience in finance, shared services operations, transformation, and change management, Sudhir is set to lead FourthSquare’s global functions and delivery centers. He will focus on operational excellence, innovation-driven service delivery, cost optimization, and enhancing customer experiences from the company’s Gurugram headquarters.
Before joining FourthSquare, Sudhir held pivotal roles at renowned organizations. He spent over seven years at Boston Scientific as Senior Director, Global Business Services, and Chief Transformation Leader for APAC. In this role, he was instrumental in driving regional business transformations and strengthening shared services strategies. His earlier tenure as Director & Global Head at Solenis saw him spearheading global shared services operations and shaping their strategic direction.
Sudhir’s expertise also extends to his time at EY, where he served as Director of Global Shared Services, and HSBC, where he was Assistant Vice President for Global Finance Operations. These roles showcased his ability to lead complex operations, implement lean practices, and manage large-scale migrations and transitions effectively.
Earlier in his career, Sudhir honed his skills in quality and business excellence during his stint at Max New York Life Insurance and as Senior Process Manager at Capital One Financial Services in the U.S. His foundational years at American Express and Computer Terminus Ltd further strengthened his proficiency in finance and business operations.
Sudhir’s academic credentials complement his professional journey. He is an alumnus of prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, where he completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program. Additionally, he has undergone executive education programs at IIM Bangalore and ISB, specializing in digital transformation and strategic leadership.
With his global exposure across Asia, the U.S., and Europe, and a proven track record in driving innovative solutions and operational excellence, Sudhir’s leadership at FourthSquare is poised to elevate the company’s delivery standards and strategic capabilities.
