NXTDigital, the digital media arm of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS), has appointed Jaydeep Sampat as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With a robust presence in digital television via cable and satellite, broadband, enterprise services, OTT aggregation, and content syndication, NXTDigital is poised to leverage Sampat’s extensive experience to drive technological innovation and operational excellence.
Jaydeep Sampat brings over three decades of experience in the communications industry to his new role. As CTO of Tikona Infinet Pvt. Ltd. for more than a decade, he successfully established multi-site operations from scratch, managed the IT infrastructure across India, and led cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for both retail and enterprise clients. His career also includes significant contributions to the technology teams at renowned companies such as Sify, Hughes Tele.com, and Rolta.
At NXTDigital, Sampat will spearhead technology initiatives across broadband, digital television, and enterprise solutions. His responsibilities will include leveraging emerging technologies to introduce new products and optimize existing solutions. Additionally, he will collaborate with NXTDigital’s nationwide broadband and television franchisee network to develop and deliver products that align with market demands.
