Before joining Capgemini, Abhisek held significant roles at well-known organizations such as Tata Motors, IBM, Infosys, and PepsiCo. His tenure at Tata Motors as Deputy General Manager of HR involved overseeing critical HR initiatives that contributed to the organization’s effectiveness. Similarly, during his time at IBM as Senior Manager of HR, he managed various complex HR transformation projects, reinforcing his expertise in driving organizational change and effectiveness.
Throughout his career, Abhisek has been recognized for his execution excellence and innovative mindset, skills honed through collaborations with C-suite leaders and cross-cultural teams. He is also a certified MBTI practitioner and a Gallup Strengths Coach, highlighting his commitment to developing talent and fostering a culture of growth within organizations.
