Abhisek Majumdar has stepped into the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Capgemini, where he is set to lead the Talent Management and Performance Management Services (PMS) function globally for one of the company’s largest business units. With a robust background in human resources and organizational development, Abhisek brings a wealth of experience to this position, having previously served as the Global Head of Talent and PMS for the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit within Capgemini.
Before joining Capgemini, Abhisek held significant roles at well-known organizations such as Tata Motors, IBM, Infosys, and PepsiCo. His tenure at Tata Motors as Deputy General Manager of HR involved overseeing critical HR initiatives that contributed to the organization’s effectiveness. Similarly, during his time at IBM as Senior Manager of HR, he managed various complex HR transformation projects, reinforcing his expertise in driving organizational change and effectiveness.
Throughout his career, Abhisek has been recognized for his execution excellence and innovative mindset, skills honed through collaborations with C-suite leaders and cross-cultural teams. He is also a certified MBTI practitioner and a Gallup Strengths Coach, highlighting his commitment to developing talent and fostering a culture of growth within organizations.
