Abhishek Nirmal has been appointed as Director – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at Visit Health. With a solid foundation in human resources, organizational development, and HR analytics, he brings over five years of comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and business analytics.
Before stepping into this role, Abhishek served as General Manager – Human Resources at Visit Health, where he played a crucial role in scaling the organization and implementing effective HR infrastructure. His contributions included designing performance management systems, optimizing hiring processes, and launching impactful learning and development programs.
Abhishek’s prior experience includes roles such as Manager – Human Resources & Admin at NxtGen Infinite Datacenter and Management Trainee at Girdhari Lal Constructions Pvt Ltd. At NxtGen, he was instrumental in developing customized learning programs and improving recruitment processes. His time at Girdhari Lal Constructions focused on ERP implementation and HR policy formulation.
Abhishek is an MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and holds an MSc from Birmingham City University, UK. He also recently earned a postgraduate certification in Business Analytics from IIM Indore, enhancing his strategic and analytical skillset.
In the early stages of his career, Abhishek gained valuable experience through internships at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and CRY – Child Rights and You. At Maruti Suzuki, he focused on optimizing onboarding processes and improving the employee referral program. At CRY, his work centered around community outreach and awareness initiatives.
