Akshat Arora has been appointed as Marketing Director at Third Wave Coffee, bringing over 13 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement to his new role. Based in Bengaluru, Akshat will oversee the brand’s marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing customer experiences, driving creative campaigns, and building a robust digital presence to strengthen Third Wave Coffee’s position in the specialty coffee market.
Before joining Third Wave Coffee, Akshat served as Head of Marketing & Product at Tim Hortons India, where he was instrumental in launching the brand in India and expanding its footprint to multiple cities. Prior to this, he led digital marketing initiatives at Bisleri International, driving e-commerce growth and home consumption strategies through innovative campaigns. Akshat’s diverse experience also includes marketing leadership roles at Reliance Brands for Steve Madden and Jaguar Land Rover, where he managed experiential marketing, product launches, and retailer strategies.
A seasoned marketing professional, Akshat holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Maharaja Agrasen College. Known for his expertise in digital and influencer marketing, experiential campaigns, and product launches, he has consistently delivered impactful results across industries.
