He was responsible for managing recruitment for multinational companies, handling everything from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and offer negotiations. Anirudh’s expertise also spans his time as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Abbott, where he handled recruitment across several regions and divisions, further solidifying his experience in managing complex recruitment processes.
Anirudh’s background also includes working as a Human Resource Officer at HDFC Asset Management Company, where he was involved in recruitment, HR operations, and training and development. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the recruitment landscape make him well-suited to drive Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s talent acquisition strategy forward.
Anirudh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Belapur and a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing.
