Anshal’s impressive career spans roles at prominent organizations such as Cushman & Wakefield, Panchshil Realty, Embassy REIT, DivyaSree Developers, and RMZ Corporation. Over the years, he has managed assets exceeding 20 million square feet, facilitated major MNCs in establishing operations in India, and collaborated with leading international private equity firms to identify and optimize real estate opportunities. Notably, he was a core team member of India’s first and Asia’s largest REIT, managing Pune’s real estate portfolio while advancing sustainability through ESG-focused strategies.
As a Civil Engineer and an MBA graduate from Symbiosis University, Anshal is passionate about transforming challenges into opportunities. His management philosophy—“transform the impossible into possible”—has guided his success in building high-performance teams and driving growth sustainably.
At WERT International, Anshal will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that align with the organization’s vision of sustainability and innovation.
