Aparna Bedi has taken on the role of Director APAC – Executive Search & Talent Sourcing at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this new position, she will lead BCG’s efforts to identify top-tier talent across the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Greater China, Japan, and South Korea. Aparna brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including her time at Odgers Berndtson, where she co-led the Consumer & Retail Practice and managed leadership searches across various sectors.

With a strong background in executive search, Aparna has also worked with leading firms such as EMA Partners, Korn Ferry, and Michael Page. Her expertise spans industries including FMCG, Retail, Technology, and Industrial sectors, where she has managed leadership searches at the CEO and CXO levels. Before transitioning to executive search, Aparna managed the Global Divestment Programme for the Royal Bank of Scotland while at TCS. Her MBA from SIBM Pune and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pune complement her impressive career.
