Ashutosh Pandey has taken on the role of Chief Business Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, a leading hospitality brand known for its renowned vacation ownership product, Club Mahindra. With years of diverse experience spanning Auto-Tech, E-commerce, Retail, Hospitality, and FMCG, Ashutosh is set to lead the company’s vacation ownership business, bringing his expertise in consumer obsession, digital transformation, and brand building to further enhance the brand’s growth and global presence.

Before joining Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Ashutosh served as Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in transforming India’s largest auto-tech company. His leadership was instrumental in developing the used vehicle ecosystem and establishing a sustainable business model in an unorganized sector. Ashutosh also made significant contributions as the founding CEO of Tata CLiQ, where he helped build one of India’s most admired e-commerce platforms, especially in the fashion and luxury sectors.

Throughout his career, Ashutosh has demonstrated a strong ability to scale businesses, turn around companies, and mentor future leaders. He has also held leadership positions at organizations like Trent Ltd and The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). His new position at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts marks another milestone, where his consumer-first mindset and innovative strategies are expected to redefine the leisure and travel experience for families.
