During her extensive tenure at Accenture, she served as Senior Vice President of Leadership Hiring and later as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing regions across North America, Europe, LATAM, and AAPAC. Her work at HP and LG Soft India further strengthened her foundation in strategic HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
