Before joining Adidas India, Bijit Nair was associated with Pepe Jeans India Ltd as Sales Director, where he played a key role in driving retail operations and strengthening market presence. His career spans years, with leadership experience across renowned fashion and retail brands.
Previously, he served as President of Retail at House of Anita Dongre Ltd, where he was responsible for P&L management and expanding the footprint of brands AND and Global Desi. During his tenure, he contributed to significant business growth and helped establish a strong presence across major shopping destinations in India.
Bijit Nair also had a decade-long tenure at Benetton Group, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President – Retail Operations. His contributions in retail management and strategic expansion played a vital role in enhancing the company’s brand positioning in the Indian market.
His professional journey includes experience with Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Unilever’s Caterplan division, and Taj Hotels, adding to his diverse expertise in retail, hospitality, and consumer-driven businesses. His ability to navigate evolving market dynamics has been instrumental in his success across different industries.
