Bijoy Francis has assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd.. Before joining Nobel Hygiene, Bijoy served as Head of HR & Learning at Elite Foods Pvt. Ltd. for nearly a decade. During his tenure, he led initiatives that enhanced talent acquisition strategies and fostered a strong organizational culture. His efforts in creating internal training teams, developing sales-focused learning programs, and driving a performance-oriented culture resulted in reduced attrition and improved sales performance. Bijoy also contributed to HR automation, streamlining processes like salary processing and employee information systems.
At Shivashakti Bio Technologies Ltd., where Bijoy served as Senior GM of HR & Learning, he led the company’s transformation from a family-owned to a professionally managed organization. His initiatives included overhauling the company’s vision, values, and mission, and implementing a Leadership Development Program in partnership with a leading B-School. These initiatives led to measurable improvements in employee productivity and leadership capabilities.
Bijoy also held significant roles at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, where he led leadership development and behavioral training programs, and at NIS Sparta, where he managed business development, trainer management, and sales training. At NIS Sparta, he led an international training project for BankMuscat, focusing on training needs analysis and program delivery across the region.
