Deepak Tyagi Joins Micropack Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer.

Deepak Tyagi has joined Micropack Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing with him nearly two decades of leadership experience across the automotive and manufacturing industries. In his new role, Deepak is tasked with scaling operations, driving strategic growth, and reinforcing Micropack’s leadership in India’s Defence and Aerospace ecosystem. His appointment comes at a defining moment for the company, which stands as the only Indian PCB manufacturer to hold both NADCAP accreditation and USA MIL-PRF-31032 certification — a rare distinction underscoring Micropack’s commitment to quality, reliability, and global standards.

At Micropack, Deepak’s leadership will focus on strengthening operational excellence, building resilient supply chains, and developing strategic vendor partnerships to support national programs and advanced technology platforms. The company plays a critical role in India’s self-reliance in defence manufacturing, supplying complex PCBs for major programs such as Tejas Mk-1/1A & Mk-2, AMCA, AEW&CS Mk-II, Akash-NG, BrahMos, Rudram-1, and naval systems like HUMSA-NG and Maareech ATDS. Additionally, Micropack supports ISRO’s satellite and launch vehicle programs through its space-qualified PCBs, partnering with premier institutions such as HAL, BEL, DRDO, and leading private OEMs on next-generation platforms including Project KUSHA/XRSAM, CATS Warrior, and Unified EW Suites.

Before joining Micropack, Deepak held senior leadership positions across global manufacturing leaders such as Sogefi Group, Autoliv, Renault Nissan Automotive India, Cooper Standard, and Trelleborg Group, where he demonstrated expertise in P&L management, process optimization, and manufacturing transformation. At Sogefi Group, he served as Vice President & Business Head, leading India operations and driving profitable business growth through strategic innovation and technology upgradation. His journey reflects a consistent record of turnaround success, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to align operational efficiency with strategic vision.
