Under his leadership, BRAVOS partners with leading Indian and multinational organizations, offering end-to-end solutions in Executive Search, Talent Management, HR Transformation, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, HRMS Integration, Employee Engagement, and Policy Framework Design.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Ramanujam has held senior leadership positions at BPL, IBM, iGATE, Biocon, and Mitsubishi, overseeing HR and business operations for over 15,000 employees across multi-location setups including IT ODCs, manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, EPC projects, and sales organizations. His leadership has spanned India, APAC, and EMEA, building high-performing teams, driving digital HR transformations, and establishing governance frameworks aligned with international standards.
An MCA-qualified Independent Director, Dr. Ramanujam brings expertise in Corporate Governance, contributing strategically to Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and CSR Committees.
