Dr. Yugal Nauhria has stepped into the role of Associate Director at the Munjal Institute for Global Manufacturing, Indian School of Business, Mohali. A role in which he will leverage his significant years of experience in operations leadership, management consultancy, and strategy implementation. Dr. Nauhria brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing supply chains, driving business transformation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Previously, Dr. Nauhria served as a consultant and advisor at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with leading manufacturing industries, focusing on EBITDA enhancement and best practices in supply chain management. As a core member of McKinsey’s manufacturing division, he spearheaded digital transformation projects and business strategy implementations. He also has consulting experience at KPMG and his own firm, where he provided guidance on operational excellence.
Dr. Nauhria has held key leadership positions at AB InBev, Ola Cabs, and Flipkart. At AB InBev, he served as Director of Global Solutions Strategic Management, while at Ola, he led operations strategy, quality, and process excellence. At Flipkart, he drove supply chain strategy and operational improvements. Notably, he was instrumental in Mahindra Swaraj Tractors winning the prestigious Deming Prize for total quality management.
In his new role at the Indian School of Business, Dr. Nauhria will apply his vast experience to drive impactful initiatives at the Munjal Institute, contributing to the advancement of global manufacturing excellence.
