Duke Pramanick has stepped into an expanded leadership role as Vice President & Head – Strategic Business Growth and Global Alliances & Partnerships at CapitaLand Data Centres (CLDC), part of CapitaLand Investment. The elevation reflects CLDC’s strong confidence in his leadership as the organisation accelerates its growth across AI-led and next-generation digital infrastructure markets globally.
In this expanded mandate, Duke will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, global alliances, and ecosystem partnerships to scale CapitaLand Data Centres’ platform worldwide. His responsibilities include building AI-ready data centre ecosystems, enabling Neo-Cloud platforms, and driving sustainable, capital-efficient expansion across priority markets. India will continue to play a pivotal role in his agenda, serving as both a key growth engine and an innovation hub, while he works closely with regional leadership teams to support global market expansion through partnerships and alliances.
With over 31 years of experience across data centres, cloud, and telecommunications, Duke brings deep expertise in building high-performing organisations, shaping go-to-market strategies, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations. Since joining CapitaLand Investment (Data Centres), he has played a critical role in strengthening the company’s digital infrastructure footprint in India and in cultivating a robust ecosystem comprising hyperscalers, cloud service providers, OEMs, system integrators, and energy partners.
Prior to CapitaLand, Duke held senior leadership roles at Etisalat, Global Cloud Xchange, Reliance Communications, Sify Technologies, and Tulip Telecom, where he consistently delivered EBITDA-positive growth with full P&L accountability and led large-scale business transformations.
Duke’s elevation further reinforces CapitaLand Data Centres’ commitment to partnering with OEMs, global system integrators, energy providers, and IPCs to deliver scalable, low-carbon, AI-powered data centre solutions.
