Ekta Chhoda has joined DTDC Express Limited as General Manager, Talent Attraction – India & International, Early Talent, and Employer Branding. In this role, she will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening talent acquisition efforts and enhancing the company’s employer brand across Indian and international markets. Ekta’s focus includes attracting exceptional early talent, fostering diversity, and building future-ready teams to support DTDC’s mission of innovation and excellence.
With over a decade of experience in human resources, Ekta has demonstrated expertise in leadership hiring, talent market analysis, and performance management. Before her move to DTDC, she was Head of Talent Acquisition for Bayer India, where she played a pivotal role in developing inclusive teams and leading transformative hiring strategies. Her prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Sanofi and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Piramal Enterprises Limited.
Ekta began her career at Avance Consultants, an executive search firm, where she specialized in leadership hiring for global pharmaceutical companies. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and has built a reputation for delivering impactful talent solutions, aligning organizational goals with strategic HR initiatives.
As she takes on this dynamic role at DTDC, Ekta is poised to lead the organization’s talent attraction efforts, ensuring it continues to build a competitive, diverse, and inclusive workforce that drives business growth and innovation.
