Rajguru’s career spans over a decade, with significant contributions to the non-banking financial companies (NBFC) and insurance sectors. Before her current role at Jio Finance Limited, she served as Chief Compliance Officer at Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (Fedfina), where she played a pivotal role in steering the company’s compliance framework and aligning it with strategic business initiatives.

Her professional journey also includes key roles at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, where she served as Vertical Head of Compliance, and at United Spirits Limited – A Diageo Group Company, where she worked as Regional Compliance & Ethics Officer. Her tenure at Diageo involved managing compliance training and ethics programs, which significantly contributed to enhancing the company’s compliance culture.

Rajguru’s career began at CignaTTK Health Insurance Company Limited, where she worked as Manager of Legal & Compliance, overseeing the regulatory compliance framework and legal aspects of the business.

A graduate of Jitendra Chauhan Law College, Mumbai, Rajguru holds an LLB from Mumbai University. Her academic background, coupled with her extensive industry experience, makes her a valuable asset to Jio Finance Limited.
