Imtiyaz Vilatra Elevated to CEO of Posterscope India

Imtiyaz Vilatra has been elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Posterscope India. In his new role, Vilatra is set to enhance the agency’s digital out-of-home (DOOH) and intelligent OOH (iOOH) offerings, integrating advanced technologies to transform the landscape of out-of-home advertising. He will report directly to Anita Kotwani, CEO of Media, South Asia, dentsu.

With over 25 years of experience in the out-of-home (OOH) industry, Vilatra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His leadership will focus on incorporating cutting-edge technologies, such as augmented reality (AR), 4D experiences, and artificial intelligence (AI), into Posterscope’s operations, driving innovation and expanding the agency’s capabilities in the digital and experiential spaces.

Harsha Razdan, CEO – South Asia at dentsu, highlighted that Vilatra’s elevation is a strategic and timely decision to drive the expansion of Posterscope’s experiential and Below-The-Line (BTL) divisions. His leadership is seen as crucial in strengthening both urban and rural outreach, helping the agency forge deeper, more meaningful partnerships with clients and communities.

Anita Kotwani emphasized that Vilatra’s elevation is a testament to his visionary leadership and ability to redefine the OOH landscape. Under his guidance, Posterscope will strengthen its role within the dentsu ecosystem, embodying the ‘OneDentsu’ vision of delivering unified, cross-channel marketing solutions. The integration of OOH with digital, media, and experiential campaigns will be key to driving impactful, multi-channel experiences.

Vilatra expressed excitement about the evolving OOH industry and the role of technology and data insights in reshaping audience engagement. He aims to leverage AI, programmatic DOOH, and real-time analytics to create dynamic, measurable campaigns, integrating dentsu’s digital intelligence to enhance Posterscope’s offerings and elevate client outcomes.
