Isha Dalal has taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at the Mahindra Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading finance operations across the group’s wide-ranging industries. She brings her vast experience in finance, strategy, and business management to the position, continuing her passion for unlocking the potential of teams and businesses.
Before joining Mahindra, Isha Dalal was with Unilever for nearly three years, where she led the Supply Chain Finance division and was also part of the Finance Excellence Team. Her leadership at Hindustan Unilever Limited focused on financial planning and performance management, playing a pivotal role in supporting business transformation efforts.
Prior to her tenure at Unilever, Isha held several key positions at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, where she spent close to seven years, eventually becoming Vice President. Her earlier experience also includes working with Ambit Corporate Finance as a Senior Associate and contributing to deal execution in various sectors. Isha began her career as a correspondent and associate producer at CNBC-TV18, highlighting her diverse professional journey.
With an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College, Isha Dalal’s career reflects a blend of financial expertise and strategic leadership, making her a valuable addition to the Mahindra Group’s finance leadership team.
