An alumna of IIM Lucknow, Jaya Jamrani has built a strong career in marketing, beginning with Unilever and later transitioning to Castrol, where she made a mark in both India and global markets. She played a pivotal role in executing innovative campaigns, such as Castrol CRB Truck Aasana and Castrol Super Mechanic, and driving strategic collaborations like the Castrol-3M partnership. Jaya Jamrani’s expertise extends beyond traditional marketing, having worked on impactful initiatives supporting truck drivers’ health, mechanics, youth, and women drivers. Her return comes at a time when Sandeep Sangwan, the former Managing Director of Castrol India, stepped into the role of Global Chief Marketing Officer for the automotive and industrial lubricant giant.
