His prior experience also includes a notable nine-year tenure at Accenture, where he played a critical role in setting up delivery centers across multiple locations, including India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, managing an impressive recruitment pipeline of approximately 10,000 hires per year.
Karthik’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR practices.
