Manish Kohli has been appointed as the Site Head of Latinem India, a Global Capability Centre for Sobha in the Middle East. Based in Hyderabad, spearheading the establishment of the centre, driving operational excellence, building Centres of Excellence, and setting a strong foundation for future growth.
With over 26 years of global leadership experience across GCCs, BPS, and tech-led operations, Manish brings a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation. He has led high-impact transformations, including GenAI-driven CX, M&A integrations, and talent development, earning recognition as one of India’s Top 10 COOs (BPS) by Asia Leadership in 2024. Prior to this he has worked in large multinational organisations like Tata Business Support Services, Teleperformance, Dell, GE Capital, American Express in various leadership roles.
At Latinem, Manish will also be responsible for launching two innovative shared services with a strong digital-first approach, aimed at enhancing efficiency and service delivery across regions.
