His leadership experience includes key roles at Bharti Airtel, SoftBank India, and SB Energy, where he was instrumental in driving substantial business growth and innovation. Kohli’s extensive experience in building scalable operations and preparing companies for IPOs aligns perfectly with Zypp Electric’s growth strategy.
As the former Managing Director and CEO of Bharti Airtel, Kohli played a crucial role in expanding the telecom giant’s reach to 20 countries, growing its customer base to over 400 million. He also contributed significantly to the renewable energy sector during his tenure at SB Energy, where he helped develop more than 7GW of renewable energy capacity across India and the U.S. At SoftBank India, he oversaw investments in AI-driven companies like OLA, Swiggy, and OYO, which will provide invaluable insights as Zypp Electric looks to enhance its operations.
