Before her current role, Monalisha served as Associate Director of Human Resources at Flipkart for over four years. During her tenure, she led various functions, including Inclusion and Diversity, Talent Development, and Leadership Development, contributing significantly to the company’s people strategy. Her leadership skills were also honed during her time at Cipla, where she managed talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership assessments.
