Niharika Thakur Joins EY-Parthenon as Vice President

Niharika Thakur has transitioned into her new role as Vice President at EY-Parthenon, where she will leverage he wealthy experience in business strategy and automotive consulting. Prior to this, she served as a Business Strategy Manager at the same company, further strengthening her expertise in digital transformation and aftersales management. Her rise in the company reflects her contributions to strategy development and business performance improvement in the automotive sector.

Before joining EY-Parthenon, Niharika was a Manager at EY, where she focused on consulting roles involving automotive OEMs and digital transformation initiatives. She also spent several years with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where she played a key role in aftermarket digital strategy and change management. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, a joint venture between Volvo and Eicher Motors, where she contributed to the company’s growth in the automotive industry.

With a strong background in mechanical engineering and business consulting, Niharika’s promotion at EY-Parthenon marks a significant milestone in her career. Her expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and transformation for the firm’s automotive clients.
