Orpita Mukherjee Joins NatWest Group as CFO for India and Country Head for India Finance

Orpita Mukherjee has joined NatWest Group as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for India and Country Head for India Finance. In this prestigious role, she will lead the finance function in India while also overseeing cost control as a Global Process Owner. Orpita’s extensive experience and expertise in financial reporting, particularly in IFRS and US GAAP, will be instrumental in driving the company’s financial excellence and strategic objectives in the region.

Before her appointment at NatWest Group, Orpita had an impressive tenure at Morgan Stanley, where she served as Executive Director for over five years. Prior to that, she held key positions at RBS and Deutsche Bank, with a focus on financial control and reporting. Orpita’s career also includes leadership roles at Oracle, where she honed her financial acumen in a global environment. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, Orpita has built a strong track record in managing financial operations and driving innovation within the industry.
