Pinky Yadav has been elevated as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). Before joining HoABL, Pinky served as the Director and Head of Human Resources at Beiersdorf, where she led HR functions for the healthcare division in India. Her tenure at Beiersdorf was marked by her contributions to talent management, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Prior to that, Pinky held senior HR roles at Avery Dennison and Diageo India, where she worked on initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, inclusion, and diversity, as well as partnering with commercial and supply chain functions.

Pinky’s career spans over a decade, with experience across multiple sectors, including FMCG, luxury apparel, and manufacturing. She has demonstrated an ability to lead large-scale transformation projects and build leadership pipelines, making her a strategic asset to HoABL’s growing business. Her educational background from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in HR Management and Labour Relations further strengthens her leadership credentials.
