Prashant Chiranjive Jain has been appointed as the Head of Corporate Centre at Larsen & Toubro. In his new role, he is tasked with driving strategic initiatives in the AI and Cloud business, electronics, and the company’s innovation fund. This appointment highlights Prashant’s extensive expertise in business leadership, with a strong focus on business transformation, innovation, and sustainability across diverse sectors.
Prior to this, Prashant held significant leadership roles at GE Vernova, including Regional General Manager, where he spearheaded transformational projects aimed at enhancing profitability and sustainability. His contributions included advancing decarbonization initiatives and expanding the portfolio to support effective energy transitions. Under his leadership, GE Power India Limited gained prominence as a leading player in the energy industry.
Prashant holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and has also trained in behavioral sciences at the Yale School of Management. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with accolades such as Asia’s Promising Business Leaders and the Global Sustainability Leader Award, reflecting his impactful contributions to the business and energy sectors.
