Pratik Nath has been appointed as the Managing Director of Epsilon India, where he will lead the organization’s strategic initiatives and ensure that the India teams continue to play a crucial role in delivering and optimizing Epsilon’s solutions for clients. With a strong background in technology leadership, innovation, and product development, he is set to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the company’s culture of innovation.
Before joining Epsilon India, Pratik Nath held key leadership positions at Oracle Cerner. In his most recent role as Vice President of Clinical Products, he was responsible for advancing technology and driving innovation in clinical product development, overseeing multiple lines of business that contributed significantly to the company’s annual recurring revenue.
Earlier, he served as Vice President of IP Development at Cerner India, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s engineering capabilities. He led the India development teams, built competencies, and established Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive technological advancements. His leadership efforts contributed to the organization’s rapid growth and helped in nurturing the next generation of technology executives.
Pratik Nath has also been instrumental in shaping IP strategy and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. With six patents to his name, he has consistently focused on leveraging design thinking and first-principles problem-solving to develop cutting-edge solutions. His passion for technology and client-centric approach has been a driving force behind his success in the industry.
His career began at Siemens Information Systems Limited (now Oracle Cerner Health Services), where he worked as an architect for the Soarian suite of products. He played a key role in modernizing the Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) system and developing the framework for service-oriented architecture (SOA), which became a foundation for future product enhancements.
An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Surat, Pratik Nath holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Additionally, he completed a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Bangalore. He is also a certified professional in Scaled Agile Framework and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, further strengthening his expertise in enterprise technology and cloud solutions.
