Pritesh Modhvadia Joins Chubb as Head of Talent – EMEA

Pritesh Modhvadia has joined Chubb as the Head of Talent for the EMEA region. With a proven track record in talent acquisition and human resources, Pritesh brings extensive experience in leading diverse and high-performing teams across multinational organizations. His expertise in aligning business strategy with talent acquisition is a key strength, which will contribute to Chubb’s ongoing commitment to attracting and developing top talent.

Before joining Chubb, Pritesh held several leadership roles at Howden, including Group Head of Talent & Development and Group Head of Talent Acquisition & DE&I. In these roles, he was responsible for shaping and implementing talent acquisition strategies, while also championing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the company. His leadership in these areas helped foster a culture focused on inclusivity, employee development, and performance excellence.

In addition to his roles at Howden, Pritesh also held the position of EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition at Chubb between 2016 and 2019. This experience allowed him to gain a deep understanding of Chubb’s operational needs and its unique challenges in talent acquisition, giving him valuable insight into the company’s evolving HR strategy. His return to Chubb marks a significant milestone in his career, where he will leverage his extensive experience in talent management to shape the future workforce across EMEA.

Pritesh’s career also includes valuable international experience, having served as Recruitment Manager for China at Howden and in EMEA Resourcing Business Partner roles. His experience across multiple regions has honed his ability to adapt to different market dynamics and develop tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of each region. This global exposure has further solidified his reputation as a versatile leader capable of navigating complex talent acquisition landscapes.

Earlier in his career, Pritesh worked as a Resourcing Consultant at RBS and as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters. These early roles provided him with the foundational knowledge of the recruitment industry, helping him build a comprehensive skill set that combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in talent sourcing. His career has consistently reflected his commitment to building strong, diverse teams that drive organizational success.

At Chubb, Pritesh will focus on enhancing the company’s talent strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring that it aligns with Chubb’s broader goals of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. His role will involve engaging senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that Chubb attracts top talent from across the region to support its growth and business objectives.
