Raghav Bharadwaj has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Bolt.Earth, India’s leading EV charging network, marking a key milestone for the company. This transition aligns with the completion of Bolt.Earth’s recent funding round, backed by Version One Ventures, Union Square Ventures (USV), and Prime Venture Partners. The newly secured investment will fuel Bolt.Earth’s expansion across the country, with a focus on fast-charging solutions for various vehicle segments and robust charging infrastructure for enterprises, OEMs, and residential complexes. Bharadwaj, previously the Chief Operating Officer, takes over from Jyotiranjan Harichandan, who now oversees strategic partnerships, while co-founder Mohit Yadav steps into the role of Chief Technology Officer.
Under Bharadwaj’s leadership, Bolt.Earth is set to enhance its technological capabilities by developing next-generation LEVDC chargers for smaller vehicles and ultra-fast DC chargers for four-wheelers, which are currently in production. The company is also advancing its interoperability initiatives, ensuring seamless access to multiple charging networks via its app. Strategic collaborations, such as the partnership with ChargeZone, further bolster Bolt.Earth’s position as a key player in India’s electric mobility ecosystem.
