Rajeev Khandelwal has been named Senior President and Head of Trade Business at Exide Industries Limited. With more than three decades of leadership experience in profit and loss management, brand development, and business expansion, Rajeev brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Over his illustrious career, he has worked with global consumer goods companies like Procter & Gamble, Gillette India Pvt. Ltd, Reckitt, and RPSG Group – Guiltfree Industries Limited, contributing across markets in India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Africa.
In his most recent position as President of Strategy and Business Expansion at RPSG Group, Rajeev played a critical role in fostering the growth of its FMCG division. Known for his strategic vision and business acumen, he has been instrumental in driving long-term initiatives, strengthening market presence, and achieving organizational goals.
Rajeev holds an engineering degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, formerly known as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. His educational background complements his professional expertise, enabling him to tackle complex challenges and implement innovative solutions effectively.
