Ramandeep Singh Sahni has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of Bajaj Finserv Ltd., succeeding S Sreenivasan, who will be stepping down from the role. However, Sreenivasan will continue to contribute in a leadership capacity as President (Insurance and Special Projects). This transition follows the company’s structured succession plan, ensuring continuity in financial leadership.
With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Ramandeep has been associated with the BFS Group for several years. He initially served as CFO at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance before taking on the same role at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. His expertise spans both life and general insurance businesses, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of financial strategy and risk management.
Before joining Bajaj Finserv, Ramandeep held senior roles in internal audit and finance at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. His professional journey also includes experience in a Big 4 firm and independently managed business environments. A Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he brings deep financial expertise and strategic vision to his new role at Bajaj Finserv.
