Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, a seasoned leader with years of experience, has taken on roles as an Independent Director at OFB Tech Pvt Ltd and Advisor to the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Known for his deep expertise in HR strategy and supply chain management, Ranjan has had an illustrious career with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), where he held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources and Chairman of Lanka IOC Plc. His tenure at IOC was marked by transformative initiatives, particularly in HR, where his programs were recognized globally, including by Harvard as case studies.

Mohapatra holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from BITS Pilani and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
