Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, a seasoned leader with years of experience, has taken on roles as an Independent Director at OFB Tech Pvt Ltd and Advisor to the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Known for his deep expertise in HR strategy and supply chain management, Ranjan has had an illustrious career with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), where he held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources and Chairman of Lanka IOC Plc. His tenure at IOC was marked by transformative initiatives, particularly in HR, where his programs were recognized globally, including by Harvard as case studies.
At OFB Tech, Mohapatra is expected to bring his extensive experience in corporate governance, investment management, and talent development to strengthen the organization’s leadership and strategic direction. His advisory role at NSDC aligns with his commitment to skill development and talent strategy, further leveraging his background in organizational transformation. In previous roles, he also headed IndianOil Mauritius, significantly boosting the company’s market share and profitability.
Mohapatra holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from BITS Pilani and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
