Before assuming this role, Sanjiv served as Director (Mining) at Hindustan Copper Limited, where he played a key role in reopening dormant mines and integrating advanced mining technologies to optimize operations. He was also instrumental in executive recruitment, site visits, and workforce morale enhancement, significantly improving production levels across multiple locations.
Sanjiv’s career includes leadership positions at NTPC Limited and Coal India Limited, where he contributed to mine development operations, statutory clearances, and financial appraisals of project feasibility reports. His expertise in preparing MDO documents and conducting cost estimates has been critical in shaping sustainable mining strategies.
